Take a trip to the beach with this beautiful backdrop! Green, blue and aqua waves brush against a tan-and-beige shoreline. Renowned for its beaches, places of worship and world heritage architecture, Goa is visited by hundreds of thousands of international and domestic tourists each year. Often this land is referred to as Golden Goa. This is a gorgeous holiday destination in India which offers sandy beaches, palm-lined shores and sunny weather.

The tall tree that you see in picures below are the coconut trees. Coconut is a tropical fruit. Enjoy the fresh coconut drink while you are in Goa. Goa beaches are very popular. Anjuna and Calangute are most popular. Goa state is a miniature breathtaking emerald land situated on the west coast of India, a place which is interestingly pressed between the seas and the lush forested hills. It offers glossy sands, swaying coconut palms, and mouth-watering seafood.

Goa is known for it's nature, people and food. With its natural scenic beauty, rich greenery, gorgeous beaches and temples, churches with a distinctive style of architecture, bright and vivacious feasts, festivals & above all, hospitable people with a rich cultural milieu, has an ideal tourist profile. Goa presents a somewhat different picture to the foreign visitor than any other part of the country. The state of Goa is famous for its excellent beaches, churches, and temples.

Goa has about 100 miles of the coast line is dotted with beaches. These beaches are divided into North Goa and South Goa Beaches. The further north or south you go, the more isolated the beaches get. However, if you're looking for people, then visit some of the more popular beaches like Baga and Anjuna. These beaches are lined with shacks that provide fresh sea food and drinks. Goan cashew drink called "Goan Feny" is very popular.. it's like a beer made out of cashew fruits. Cashew crop is local to Goa.

Goa is a perfect honeymoon destination with a tropical setting.
